The Challenge
A members club needed a mobile app for its members and a way for staff to manage membership, content and access without touching code — while keeping member data private rather than spread across third-party services.
Running an app and a website as two separate systems would have meant maintaining the same information twice and watching them drift apart.
Our Solution
The app is built in Flutter, so Android and iOS come from a single codebase. Behind it, a WordPress install with a purpose-built admin theme acts as the management system, exposing data to the app through a custom REST API.
Staff manage everything from one familiar admin panel, and the app reflects changes without a separate publishing step. Member data stays on the club's own infrastructure.
